Wellfleet Bay Audubon: A Macro, Landscape, and Bird Photography Field Trip
Join us as we explore Wellfleet Bay, a sanctuary which provides unmatched beauty on the hillsides and shoreline overlooking Wellfleet Harbor. Extensive trails lead to a panoramic salt marsh, a sandy barrier beach, pine woodlands, a native garden, a pond and streams, each attracting a wide array of plant and wildlife.
We will feature specific sites for macro, landscape, and bird photography (birds willing!), and specialists in those types of photography will be available for individual help and to offer their favorite tips and tricks for success.
Date and time - October 20th at 9:00AM
Cost - Admission is free for members; for nonmembers, the fee is $8 ($5 if you are 65 +).
If you would like to participate in an optional bird banding workshop at 8:00 am, you can learn more about that opportunity and register at https://tinyurl.com/y9eoo9rw
Location - Meet in the Visitor Center (near the photo display in the exhibit hall) at 291 State Highway, Route 6, South Wellfleet, MA.
